Refund Policy - the basics

Refund is available within 3 days as of the deposit date (including weekends/public holidays)
For example, reservations made on 28th May and the deposit has been paid; cancellations starting from 31st May will not be refunded.

However, if you make the reservation within 3 days of the photoshoot day, the deposit cannot be refunded.

Deposit can only be refunded on the day of shooting due to bad weather conditions.
If the photoshoot is cancelled after the gown fitting session, even due to the bad weather, the deposit will be converted to the gown fitting fee and will not be refunded.
※ Bad weather definition: Wind speed of >3 m/s; heavy rain warnings (Supporting documents are required such as weather forecasts capture)
