• To process and arrange wedding photography, bridal and suit rental, and hair and makeup services
   

• To communicate with customers, confirm bookings and provide customer support
   

• To handle payments, billing and administrative matters
   

• For internal record keeping, statistics and service improvement
   

• With the customer’s consent, for marketing, portfolio display or promotional purposes
   

• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements
   

The Company will not use personal data for purposes unrelated to the above.

The Company will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
When personal data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or destroyed to prevent unauthorised access or use.

The Company will not sell, rent or trade customers’ personal data to third parties.

• To service partners involved in providing our services (such as photographers or makeup artists), strictly on a need-to-know basis

In accordance with the PDPO, customers have the right to:

• Access their personal data held by the Company
   

• Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
   

Requests for access or correction should be made in writing. The Company may charge a reasonable fee for processing such requests.

 

7. Direct Marketing

The Company will only use personal data for direct marketing purposes with the customer’s consent.
Customers may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time, free of charge.

 

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on the Company’s official platform and will take immediate effect.
