1. Scope of Services
The Company provides the following services, the details of which shall be subject to the quotation and/or contract confirmed by both parties:
1. Wedding photography services
2. Bridal gown and/or suit rental services
3. Bridal and/or groom hair and makeup services
2. Booking and Deposit

A deposit is required upon confirmation of booking to secure the service date and arrangements.

The deposit amount shall be as specified in the quotation or contract.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deposits paid are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-transferable and may not be applied to other services.
3. Payment Arrangement
-
The balance payment must be settled within the time frame specified in the contract, including but not limited to before the shooting date, before item collection, or on the service date.

If payment is not made on time, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services, and any deposit paid shall not be refunded.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
4.1 Rescheduling
-
Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the contract.

Rescheduling is subject to the Company’s availability and is limited to one time only.

Late requests or subsequent rescheduling may incur an administrative fee or be treated as a cancellation.
4.2 Cancellation
-
If the customer cancels any confirmed service, the deposit shall not be refunded.

If cancellation occurs close to the service date, the Company reserves the right to claim any reasonable costs and losses already incurred.
4.3 Force Majeure
In the event that services cannot be provided due to force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, government restrictions or unforeseen incidents, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for rescheduling or other reasonable arrangements.
5. Wedding Photography Services

Shooting content, duration, number of photos, retouched images and delivery method shall be subject to the contract or quotation.

Customers must cooperate with the shooting schedule. Delays caused by the customer will not result in an extension of shooting time.

Provision of original (RAW or unedited) files must be specified in the contract; otherwise, the Company reserves the right not to provide them.

Editing style shall follow the Company’s standard aesthetic. Requests beyond reasonable retouching scope may incur additional charges.
6. Bridal Gown and Suit Rental

Rented garments and accessories are for the specified purpose and rental period only and must not be sublet, lent, or altered without prior approval.

Customers are responsible for proper care of all rented items and must return them in good condition by the agreed time.

In cases of loss, severe damage or irreparable staining, the Company reserves the right to claim repair costs or compensation based on the item’s market value.

Any alteration or replacement required due to changes in body size shall be borne by the customer.
7. Hair and Makeup Services

Final makeup and hairstyle results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair condition and on-site circumstances. The Company does not guarantee identical results to reference images.

Customers must disclose any skin sensitivity, allergies or medical conditions prior to the service.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by customer lateness or last-minute changes.
8. Intellectual Property
-
All copyrights and intellectual property rights of wedding photography works belong to the Company.

Customers may use the works for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

The Company may use the works for promotional, display or portfolio purposes in accordance with the law. Customers who do not consent must notify the Company in writing in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
-
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Where liability is established, the Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the total service fees actually paid by the customer.
10. Personal Data (Privacy) Protection
The Company shall handle and protect customers’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong).
11. Amendment of Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms shall apply to all new bookings made thereafter.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
-
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
